As a Kitchen Crew member, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily kitchen operations, from preparing ingredients to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the daily operations of the kitchen. * Work effectively and collaboratively with all colleagues. * Prepare food items for service, including portioning, cutting, and packing ingredients. * Perform basic cooking tasks as needed. * Be able to lift and carry moderately heavy items. * Assist with organizing stock and handling deliveries. * Perform basic cleaning and tidying duties in the kitchen after service. * Operate the dishwasher to clean dishes and utensils.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Some experience in Western, Italian, or Japanese cuisine is a plus. * Ability to communicate in at least basic English. * Must be able to work during typical evening hours (5 pm - 11 pm). * Ability to start work immediately is preferred.
