Sales Coordinator - Woodlands

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage daily sales activities, including processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. * Maintain open communication with customers, production teams, and the supply chain to keep all parties informed and address any concerns. * Provide professional and helpful service to customers by handling inquiries, offering solutions, and following up to ensure their satisfaction. * Consolidate and provide necessary documents and samples related to customer orders. * Ensure timely invoicing to customers and proper collection of reusable drums.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 'O' Level equivalent or higher qualification. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role. * Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
