A food and beverage group is seeking Service Crew members for a casual Japanese-Western dining concept.The role involves supporting front-of-house operations,providing excellent customer service,and ensuring smooth communication with kitchen staff. Responsibilities and Duties

* Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner * Deliver consistent and attentive customer service * Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders * Prepare simple menu items,drinks,and desserts when required * Handle cashiering and payment transactions * Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service * Maintain hygiene,cleanliness,and compliance with food safety standards * Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned * Work on rotating shifts,weekends,and public holidays

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage or hospitality service * Positive working attitude and customer-oriented mindset * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Flexibility with rotating shifts,weekends,and public holidays
