Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in maintaining high food quality, managing costs effectively, and consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences. Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or in a more senior kitchen role is preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen team is thoroughly trained, well-supported, and provided with opportunities for development. * Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to drive consistently high standards of food quality. * Assist in the effective control of kitchen costs and resources. * Work towards ensuring that every guest enjoys a truly exceptional dining experience. * Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively as a collaborative member of the team. * Take genuine pride in the quality and presentation of all prepared dishes. * Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and skills.
