Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee and ensure the proper execution of daily service operations within the Japanese restaurant. * Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment. * Assist outlet managers in maintaining adequate stock levels and managing restaurant supplies. * Provide training, guidance, and instruction to junior service staff to enhance their performance. * Possess a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of all junior service personnel. * Handle guest verbal complaints with professionalism and efficiency. * Ensure adherence to food hygiene regulations and company quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 'O' Level qualifications. * Valid WSQ Basic Hygiene Certificate. * At least two years of experience in front-of-house operations within a Japanese restaurant or a similar role. * Basic proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Strong knowledge of Japanese guest service standards. * Passion for providing exceptional service. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. * Creative problem-solving skills. * Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
