Description
The Guest Services Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring their check-ins and check-outs are handled efficiently while verifying reservations. The role involves coordinating front office activities, maintaining accurate room status information, and facilitating timely responses to guests' requests. The executive will monitor guest satisfaction levels and address concerns or feedback to improve service quality. Additionally, the role includes providing guests with information about property amenities, resolving issues, and performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with the check-in and check-out process while confirming guest reservations Coordinate daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Keep room status information up to date and accurate Monitor and facilitate prompt responses to guest requests, ensuring timely follow-up Track guest satisfaction levels and feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement Offer guests information and recommendations regarding the property’s amenities and services Address and resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill Able to work in a fast-paced environment A good team player Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
