Responsibilities and Duties

- Menu Preparation and Execution: - Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes according to café standards. - Create and develop unique local Chinese dishes, blending traditional flavors with modern techniques. - your creativity to develop new menu items and special offerings. - Prepare sambal chili, if applicable, to enhance dish flavors. - Kitchen Maintenance and Hygiene: - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards. - Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients. - Menu Development: - Contribute to the creation of new menu items.

Qualifications and Requirements
