Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop and dynamically manage a comprehensive strategy for revenue growth, while maintaining cost efficiency and providing regular performance updates to leadership. - Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer needs and industry trends, analyzing competitors and market forces to identify opportunities for expansion. - Create and implement inventive marketing strategies to promote brands, services, and pricing structures, developing targeted campaigns for specific customer segments. - Develop and manage engaging promotional activities and customer loyalty programs, assessing their effectiveness and adjusting strategies to optimize return on investment. - Lead the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and monitoring performance to achieve optimal outcomes. - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass established revenue targets. - Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed individual and collective sales quotas and objectives. - Identify new business opportunities and untapped market segments to broaden the customer base and drive sales growth. - Conduct sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, delivering accurate and timely reports to leadership. - Analyze sales data, client feedback, and market trends to pinpoint growth areas and inform strategic decision-making. - Inspire, guide, and mentor the sales team, cultivating a high-performing culture and providing continuous training, coaching, and support to enhance their skills and product knowledge. - Refine sales procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity, streamlining the client engagement process and collaborating with other teams to align sales strategies with market demands. - Focus on brand development, cultivating and strengthening the brand image within the fitness and wellness industry. - Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and customer interactions. - Strategically manage relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors, recruiting individuals who embody the brand's values and providing them with necessary resources and support. - Orchestrate collaborative events, facilitate content creation, and execute promotional activities with influencers and ambassadors. - Organize and promote fitness-related events, challenges, workshops, and classes to foster a strong sense of community. - Forge strategic partnerships with compatible brands, fitness organizations, and relevant businesses to create joint promotions and community engagement initiatives. - Oversee the brand's visual identity and messaging, guiding art direction and ensuring high-quality content creation that aligns with brand aesthetics. - Create visually compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, videos, and campaign assets. - Implement targeted digital and social media marketing campaigns, directing the visual style of social media, email marketing, and online advertising. - Manage social media platforms, ensuring carefully curated content that adheres to brand standards and engages the target audience.
