The Cluster F&B Reservations Agent is responsible for handling reservations across different locations within the cluster. This role involves managing guest inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. Responsibilities and Duties

* Handle all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail. * Ensure all correspondence is responded to within 24 hours. * Assess guest reservation needs and recommend suitable room types, verifying room availability and rates. * Clearly explain policies on guarantees, special rates, and cancellations. * Address and document any special requests from guests. * Provide information on property facilities, services, and room accommodations. * Utilize sales strategies to optimize revenue and manage reservations in the system. * Input special room reservation types (e.g., complimentary stays, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale bookings) by using the correct codes and rates. * Follow proper escalation protocols to resolve guest concerns effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position. * Proficient in both written and spoken English. * Strong telephone and email etiquette.
