You'll be involved in various aspects of cafe operations, from taking orders and handling transactions to maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet customers warmly as they enter the cafe. * Accurately process customer orders and generate bills using our point-of-sale (POS) system, including cashless transactions. * Provide helpful and informative responses to customer inquiries about our menu, services, and current promotions. * Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex situations to management as needed. * Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer orders and promote additional items. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food preparation and customer areas. * Ensure work and customer areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials, and inform management when inventory is low. * Serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner. * Clear and clean tables after customers depart, preparing them for the next guests. * Perform any other duties as directed by your supervisor.
