RESTAURANT MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual with excellent leadership abilities to join our team. This role involves active participation in crafting and maintaining our beverage menu, along with overseeing bar inventory and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with management on various aspects, from supply procurement to team management, and will be instrumental in upholding our brand's standards for drink preparation and quality. A proactive approach to guest relations and a commitment to staff development are also key components of this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Cultivate a positive and cooperative team atmosphere, utilizing strong interpersonal and team leadership skills. * Play a significant role in the creation of drink selections and maintain current and precise costing for all beverages sold. * Supervise the organization of all bar stock and ingredients, confirming that all items are correctly dated and systematically stored to assure quality. * Collaborate closely with the management team on tasks such as ordering supplies, controlling costs, optimizing operational flow, and managing staffing levels. * Guarantee that all beverage preparation and presentation by the team strictly adhere to established recipes and standard operating procedures, meeting the brand's visual and quality expectations. * Proactively address and resolve any concerns or complaints from guests. * Onboard new team members by training them on bar standards, while also providing ongoing informal coaching and mentorship to support their professional growth. * Ensure adherence to proper procedures for purchasing, receiving, and storing all bar-related items. Maintain high standards for the intake, storage, production, and presentation of all drinks. * Uphold appropriate grooming and hygiene standards for all service personnel. * Ensure all equipment within the bar area is properly maintained and in working order according to relevant regulations, promptly informing management of any issues that arise. * Support the company's future growth plans.
