Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage inventory and equipment, placing orders and overseeing facility upkeep, cleanliness, and security. * Develop and adhere to budgets, striving to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets set by the central office. * Monitor and manage restaurant revenue, and administer employee payroll. * Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training and development for staff members. * Create and manage staff schedules, motivating and encouraging the team to reach sales goals. * Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and compliance with all health and safety regulations. * Maintain exceptional customer service standards. * Implement and reinforce company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines within the team. * Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively. * Execute marketing initiatives aligned with company policy, including branded promotional campaigns.
