Restaurant Supervisor

Description

This role supports the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and managing inventory and operational tasks. The individual will contribute to a positive and productive work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. * Perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment and maintain accurate records. * Execute daily operational tasks such as order taking, cashiering, sales consolidation, reservation management, and food and beverage service. * Provide consistently excellent customer service and effectively handle customer feedback. * Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and productivity. * Manage and oversee all storage supplies for the restaurant to ensure seamless operations. * Monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient resource utilization and minimize waste. * Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times. * Ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas. * Ensure the restaurant meets all licensing requirements, such as liquor licenses, and promptly address any necessary repairs. * Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Diploma in Food and Beverage Management. * Minimum two years of relevant work experience in the food and beverage industry. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment. * Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Customer-oriented, service-focused, responsible, and a positive working attitude. * Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.
