Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee and guide a team of therapists and technicians specializing in various wellness treatments. * Ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality services to our valued clients. * Provide ongoing training and development to team members, nurturing their skills and expertise. * Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive atmosphere within the team. * Address client feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and efficiency. * Manage the spa's inventory of products and supplies. * Generate reports and monitor key performance indicators. * Ensure adherence to all company guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in a spa or wellness environment. * Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and staff. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Knowledge of various massage and spa therapies. * Massage Therapy certification (e.g., ITEC) or other relevant wellness or business certifications are a plus. * Fluency in English and Mandarin.
