Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a hands-on and dependable Site Supervisor to support our project team in the execution and supervision of ongoing construction works. This position involves daily oversight of site activities, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring workforce efficiency and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, and capable of managing multiple site tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist the project team with day-to-day operations and technical issues on-site. *Oversee maintenance, defect rectification, and addition & alteration (A&A) work as needed. *Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other involved parties to ensure timely project progress. *Supervise and lead workers effectively, ensuring that tasks are completed safely and on schedule. *Maintain high standards of workplace safety and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and site safety rules. *Transport workers between their dormitory and work site daily. *Monitor and guide the direct workforce on project progress and daily tasks. *Provide timely updates and reports to management on work status and site issues. *Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management or your immediate superior.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Possess a relevant certificate or qualification related to the construction industry. *At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in building construction or related trades within Singapore. *Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate site workers. *Familiarity with local safety guidelines and site regulations. *A valid driving license (for transporting workers) will be an added advantage. *Reliable, responsible, and willing to take initiative in solving on-site challenges.
