Description

The Food Outlet Manager is responsible for managing 1–2 outlets, overseeing daily operations, business performance, and team leadership to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties

- Drive sales and business results through effective outlet management. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and service standards (QSC). - Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high morale and service performance. - Handle administrative duties including reporting, documentation, and scheduling. - Support superior in achieving overall area performance and goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B outlet management or similar supervisory role. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Passion for the F&B and service industry. - Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays. - Candidates with no supervisory experience but high interest may be considered for a Management Trainee position with full training provided.
