They are seeking a Healthcare Sales cum Operation Supervisor to oversee clinic operations, staff management, and business support functions. Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily operations and manpower planning, including staff rostering for all clinics. - Travel to various branches to assist in improving workflow and service efficiency. - Manage procurement of medication and supplies. - Handle patient and client relations, including complaints resolution. - Implement and monitor SOPs, policies, and directives to maintain high service standards. - Formulate SOPs and WIs, and develop contingency plans. - Supervise marketing initiatives and ensure effective execution. - Conduct operational reviews, quality control, and lead process improvements. - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of staff. - Manage budgeting, planning, business proposals, performance management, and risk assessment. - Contribute to business development initiatives and projects. - Oversee audits, compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Recognized bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, nursing, healthcare, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in managerial or supervisory roles, preferably in operations or healthcare. - Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills. - Independent, self-driven, results-oriented, and resilient. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams. - Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and negotiation skills. - Technologically savvy and able to implement practical solutions. - Flexible and able to attend to operational matters beyond normal office hours.
