We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to lead the team at our exciting new location within Mandai Wildlife Park. As the Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing a thriving and positive environment for both our team and our guests. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of all aspects of outlet operations, from building a strong team to ensuring exceptional service and achieving business success. Responsibilities and Duties

* Recruit, train, and effectively supervise all outlet staff members. * Develop and manage the outlet's budget, ensuring financial goals are met. * Create efficient staff schedules and rotas to optimize team performance. * Collaborate on menu planning and implementation. * Ensure full compliance with all relevant licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. * Develop and execute strategies to promote and market the outlet. * Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and handle supply orders. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally and efficiently. * Manage and organize customer reservations. * Welcome guests warmly, provide helpful advice, and ensure a positive initial interaction. * Proactively identify and solve operational challenges. * Prepare and present regular staffing and sales reports to senior management. * Maintain accurate statistical and financial records for the outlet. * Analyze outlet performance and implement strategies to improve profitability. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, and sales representatives. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the outlet's operations and contribute to its ongoing development.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A strong customer-centric and people-oriented approach with a positive and cheerful demeanor. * Willingness to work 6 days per week (full-time), depending on the needs of the location. * Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required by the operational schedule.
