Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

We’re seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our restaurant team in a managerial capacity. This is a full-time role for those passionate about hospitality, leadership, and delivering excellent customer experiences. You’ll help oversee operations and support the team in creating a smooth and memorable dining environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service *Lead and motivate service staff to uphold high standards of customer care *Assist with scheduling, floor planning, and handling customer feedback *Support in training and supervising staff to meet service and hygiene expectations *Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation *Step into different outlets as needed (e.g., Millenia Walk, OUE Downtown Gallery) *Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to meet operational goals

Qualifications and Requirements

*Must be a Singapore Citizen *Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required *Able to adapt to changing outlet locations within central Singapore *Minimum 5-day work week commitment *Prior experience in F&B management or supervisory roles preferred *Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
