Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, this role plays a key part in team leadership, guest satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Support the management of daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service *Supervise and organize staff schedules to meet operational needs *Coach, guide, and train team members to maintain consistent service excellence *Oversee stock levels, place supply orders, and coordinate with vendors as needed *Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency *Uphold all safety, hygiene, and food handling guidelines in line with health regulations

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role *Strong communication and team management skills *Experience or familiarity with Chinese cuisine and cultural service standards is an advantage *Competent with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management tools *Previous experience in franchise restaurant operations is a bonus
