This role involves active participation in food preparation, adhering to the guidance of senior chefs, and ensuring all cooking stations are well-stocked. Maintaining exceptional food quality, managing baking supplies, and upholding strict hygiene and safety standards are crucial aspects of this position. Effective communication and a commitment to guest satisfaction are also highly valued.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Take charge of preparing food items according to established standards. * Adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by the Sous Chef and/or Head Chef. * Ensure that all cooking stations have sufficient supplies readily available. * Maintain consistently high standards for food quality and presentation. * Oversee the inventory and supplies required for baking operations. * Ensure adherence to all legal regulations concerning hygiene and safety, while keeping the kitchen and related areas impeccably clean. * Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team members. * Work towards ensuring that all guest expectations for satisfaction are met. * Handle any other related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving work setting. * Possess good verbal communication abilities. * Proficient in the English language. * A minimum of one to two years of experience in the food and beverage industry. * Must hold a valid food hygiene certificate.
