Service Crew (Pastry / Confectionary)

Description

We are hiring Service Crew members to join a well-known pastry and confectionary brand. You will be the face of the outlet, responsible for customer experience, daily store operations, and supporting sales initiatives. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide excellent customer service to all guests * Handle cashiering duties and various payment modes * Take and prepare customer orders accurately * Replenish product displays and shelves * Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards * Recommend and upsell products to customers * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level * F&B experience is an advantage, but not required * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

6-day work week on rotating shifts (9am–6pm / 12pm–10pm)
