Responsibilities and Duties

**Responsibilities:** * Address and resolve customer concerns and issues effectively. * Maintain and uphold the highest level of customer service. * Collaborate closely with the marketing department to communicate information to staff. * Collect customer feedback and report findings to upper management. * Work in coordination with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality. * Manage administrative tasks, including stock ordering and cashiering duties. * Ensure the restaurant area is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene daily. * Oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure its longevity and proper functioning.

Qualifications and Requirements

* **Qualifications:** Diploma/Degree in any field. * **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or above, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. * **Language:** Proficiency in spoken and written English.
