This role is responsible for prospecting and acquiring new accounts, managing relationships with existing clients, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and needs, and fostering long-term client relationships by maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the primary contact for all customer account-related inquiries and matters. Develop and sustain positive, long-term relationships with clients. Conduct after-sales activities, promoting company products and services through cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. Represent clients' interests, collaborating with internal teams to ensure their needs are understood and met. Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and market competitiveness, as well as industry trends. Actively seek out new prospects and convert them into leads to generate new accounts for the company.
Qualifications and Requirements
Comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Strong knowledge of client account management, with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with clients. Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the features and benefits of products and services.
