Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

A highly organized and results-driven individual is needed to oversee the daily operations and profitability of multiple restaurant outlets within a single brand. This role focuses on ensuring efficient service, maintaining high-quality food and beverage offerings, and managing a team of food service personnel. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee administration and operations of multiple restaurant outlets. * Plan menus with chefs and manage supply purchasing. * Estimate food and beverage costs. * Supervise portion control and preparation. * Ensure consistent high-quality food and service. * Plan marketing, advertising, and special events. * Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of staff. * Implement standardized procedures and regulations. * Ensure proper working condition of equipment. * Safeguard company properties. * Ensure proper daily sales deposits. * Uphold outlet cleanliness. * Investigate and resolve customer complaints. * Prepare customer checks using POS system. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent education. * 4-6 years of relevant experience in restaurant management. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills. * Energetic and positive-minded individual. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
