Responsibilities and Duties

* Performance Management: Set performance goals and deadlines, and communicate them effectively to the team. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. * Workflow & Leadership: Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks. Serve as a link between management and staff, passing on information and preparing performance reports. * Team Development: Assist with hiring and training new employees to ensure a strong and cohesive team. * Problem Resolution: Receive complaints and resolve problems promptly and professionally. * Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures, and take disciplinary actions when necessary. * Administrative Support: Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Supervisor or in a relevant role. * Possess a professional and pleasant personality. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and team development. * Ability to work on weekends and public holidays. * Willingness to work night shifts and split shifts.
