Restaurant Manager

This role focuses on overseeing all aspects of restaurant management, from compliance and cost control to staff development and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure compliance with regulations. * Liaise with customers, employees, suppliers, etc. * Improve business operations. * Ensure adherence to quality standards. * Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures. * Drive sales and promotions. * Oversee stock levels and order supplies. * Interview, recruit, and supervise staff. * Develop positive team relationships. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints. * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Motivate and train staff. * Prepare and present reports. * Handle administrative tasks and paperwork. * Perform assigned duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in restaurant management. * Strong understanding of licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong customer service and communication abilities. * Ability to manage inventory and control costs. * Experience in sales and promotional activities. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. * Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
