Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the front and back of house teams. * Provide outstanding service and strive to maximize every customer's satisfaction. * Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively. * Regularly evaluate the quality of our offerings and explore new supplier options. * Organize and supervise staff work schedules and shifts. * Assess staff performance and offer constructive feedback to enhance productivity. * Forecast future needs for supplies, kitchen equipment, and cleaning materials. * Ensure strict adherence to all sanitation and safety regulations. * Uphold and enhance the restaurant's positive reputation, suggesting improvements as needed. * Manage operational costs effectively and identify strategies to minimize waste. * Generate comprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance. * Promote our brand within the local community through positive interactions and events. * Recommend strategies to reach a wider audience, such as promotions and social media engagement. * Train both new and existing employees on best practices for customer service. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth continuation of restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrable experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry. * Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service in a management capacity. * Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including the ability to recall ingredients and dish details for both customers and staff. * Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology. * Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team. * Keen financial management abilities. * A diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts is considered a valuable asset.
