Service Crew

Responsibilities and Duties

* Extend a warm welcome to all arriving guests. * Present menus, offer helpful suggestions, and take accurate food and drink orders. * Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and with courtesy. * Clear and prepare tables for new guests after they have finished their meal. * Address guest questions and requests in a timely and polite manner. * Process guest bills and handle payments accurately at the payment station. * Maintain a clean and organized dining area. * Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. * Gather feedback from guests and share it with management to help us improve our service. * Work effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Handle other related tasks or projects as assigned by the Director or Chef.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not a strict requirement. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-moving environment. * Strong customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. * A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others.
