Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the lead chef to develop and refine all food and drink menus. * Directly support the lead chef in the daily kitchen operations. * Step in and manage kitchen planning and food preparation when the lead chef is unavailable. * Oversee and train kitchen staff, creating work schedules and evaluating performance. * Manage the kitchen's inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. * Handle the ordering and stocking of supplies, aligning with the restaurant's needs. * Enforce and adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations consistently. * Foster a positive and professional atmosphere among colleagues and with guests. * Contribute to the overall team spirit and pursue career advancement within the establishment.

Qualifications and Requirements
