Reservation Sales Executive

Description

The Reservations Sales Executive is responsible for managing incoming inquiries from prospective guests and travel agents, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring steady revenue through efficient room reservation management. This role includes offering tailored booking recommendations, processing reservation requests, and ensuring the accurate confirmation of all bookings.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Efficiently manage requests from guests, companies, and travel agents via phone and email, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. * Convert reservation requests into confirmed bookings, carefully entering all booking information into the reservation system. * Create tailored packages based on guest requests, arranging additional services (such as visa assistance, transfers, tickets, and tours) as needed. * Recommend promotional programs and packages to boost room sales and revenue. * Achieve monthly revenue targets, including goals for both average daily room rate and occupancy. * Support Front Desk operations, handling tasks such as room reservations, check-ins, check-outs, cancellations, payments, and more. * Ensure all reservations are recorded accurately, following established procedures with complete and clear information promptly entered into the system. * Listen actively to understand guest needs, providing a premium experience. * Coordinate with all departments to deliver outstanding service to customers. * Perform all tasks in line with company standards and training, ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete with guest preferences, booking details, and payment information. * Undertake general administrative duties as needed. * Adhere to company policies and carry out reasonable requests from Managers, Supervisors, or the Duty Manager. * Perform any additional duties as assigned by Hotel Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Min 1 year of relevant experience * Familiar with Opera system
