We are looking for a warm, service-oriented individual to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every experience is smooth, personalized, and memorable. You’ll coordinate reservations, handle special requests, and support overall dining operations by maintaining a welcoming and organized environment. Responsibilities and Duties

vGreet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner *Proactively assist guests with any needs or inquiries during their visit *Coordinate special arrangements such as birthday cakes, floral requests, customized menus, or table preferences *Oversee and adjust table assignments before and during service to accommodate guest requirements *Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any feedback or concerns with proper escalation to the manager *Support restaurant promotions and upsell where applicable *Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

*Willingness to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Comfortable using basic computer systems and booking tools *Highly organized and self-driven with attention to detail *Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
