SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to lead and guide a team, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of their work. This role requires a strong leader who can set clear expectations, support their team's development, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to company standards and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Establish clear performance goals and deadlines that align with the organization's objectives and communicate these effectively to team members. * Organize the team's workflow and ensure that each employee understands their responsibilities and assigned tasks. * Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, and offer coaching to support their growth. * Address employee concerns and resolve problems effectively and fairly. * Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records. * Act as a key point of communication, relaying information between upper management and team members. * Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management. * Make informed decisions regarding rewards and promotions based on employee performance. * Manage the hiring and training processes for new team members. * Ensure that all team activities adhere to legal and company policies and procedures, and address any disciplinary issues when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role or a similar leadership position. * A solid understanding of relevant company policies and legal guidelines. * Ability to quickly grasp the details of various job descriptions within the team. * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and leadership abilities. * Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
