Sales Executive

Description

We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our Sales Team as Sales Executives, with a strong commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, and responsible for managing client inquiries about our product range, while offering guidance and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Selling timber, metal doors, and ironmongery to contractors and subcontractors. * Expanding and maintaining a strong customer network, building lasting relationships with key clients. * Preparing tender documents, submitting quotations, and participating in tender interviews. * Tracking projects and quotations, closely monitoring tender results. * Generating and submitting sales forecast reports. * Meeting sales targets while maintaining the base gross margin set by management. * Identifying potential customers and maintaining an updated sales database. * Providing technical support to architects, interior designers, main contractors, and developers. * Achieving KPIs and attending weekly sales meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Building, Architecture, or Sales & Marketing is preferred. * At least 2 years of experience in the building construction industry. * Proficient in MS Office applications. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines when necessary. * Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
