SUPERVISOR

Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to provide technical leadership and actively participate in all phases of project work. This role involves overseeing the installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of a diverse range of technical systems, including electronic, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications equipment, scientific instruments, and video surveillance systems. You will be responsible for ensuring projects progress smoothly, are completed on time, and adhere to all technical requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide clear work direction and actively engage in all project activities, from initial installation to final repair. * Supervise all aspects of site progress, ensuring timely completion of project milestones. * Procure necessary materials based on technical specifications and project needs. * Continuously monitor material usage to ensure it aligns with requirements and minimize waste. * Interpret technical drawings and execute individual work plans effectively. * Attend meetings with clients to discuss progress and prepare comprehensive reports. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to independently manage site operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in the installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of various technical systems (e.g., electronic, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, instrumentation, surveillance). * Demonstrated ability to supervise site progress and ensure projects are completed within established timelines. * Experience in ordering materials based on technical specifications and monitoring their efficient use. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and execute work according to detailed plans. * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and prepare progress reports. * Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage site operations independently.
