Responsibilities and Duties

* Recruit, train, and guide our team members to excel in their roles. * Take full ownership of the outlet's financial performance, including revenue generation, labor cost management, and overall profitability. * Continuously identify and implement strategies to boost revenue while upholding our established quality standards. * Contribute to the development of food and beverage profit plans, budgets, and marketing strategies. * Ensure the timely and complete setup of the restaurant for all meal periods, adhering to established policies and procedures. * Guarantee that only the highest quality food and beverages are served to our guests. * Assist management by providing recommendations for promotional activities and innovative ideas. * Establish clear standards and procedures for all aspects of food and beverage operations. * Conduct daily briefings with staff across all shifts to review important information such as occupancy forecasts, reservations, guest needs, feedback, and any operational challenges. * Conduct staff performance evaluations and address any disciplinary matters as needed. * Regularly inspect the outlet to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met for linens, equipment, fixtures, and furniture. Verify proper table settings, side stations, and mise-en-place. * Proactively address guest concerns and take immediate corrective action. * Stay informed about our clientele, seasonal trends, and special events to provide valuable insights for competitive analysis and budgeting.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and achieving financial goals. * Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a team. * Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and financial management, including revenue generation and cost control. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements. * Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and quality assurance. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to anticipate and address guest needs and concerns effectively. * A keen awareness of industry trends and the ability to provide insights for strategic planning. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
