We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take the helm of our restaurant's daily operations. As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both our service and kitchen teams. Your focus will be on fostering a positive work environment, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house activities daily, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to our standard operating procedures. * Lead and support staff to consistently deliver outstanding customer service. * Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service, especially during busy periods. * Monitor all aspects of restaurant operations to maximize efficiency, from food preparation to table management. * Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste to optimize resource use and control costs. * Recruit, train, and guide restaurant staff, ensuring all team members meet performance expectations. * Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills. * Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times. * Actively monitor customer feedback and ensure that our service consistently meets or surpasses our standards. * Champion excellent customer service, effectively resolve any customer concerns, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets. * Monitor daily revenue, manage labor and food costs effectively, and implement initiatives to boost profitability. * Report on the restaurant's performance to the Operations Manager, providing valuable insights into staff, operations, and customer feedback. * Ensure the restaurant strictly adheres to all health and food safety regulations, including hygiene, sanitation, and staff safety protocols. * Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential hazards. * **Labor Cost Management:** * Ensure that all labor expenses align with established budgetary goals. * Implement effective strategies to maximize staff productivity. * Complete and adhere to all required administrative tasks as directed by supporting departments. * Ensure the timely submission of all necessary reports, including staff attendance, payroll documents, and financial data (e.g., expense reports, inventory costs). * Coordinate staff training schedules and ensure compliance with internal training programs. * Support the marketing team with promotional activities by implementing and monitoring in-house promotions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management, or equivalent qualification. * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. * Energetic and a strong team player with a genuine service-oriented mindset. * Excellent leadership qualities with solid analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
