Reservation Sales Executive [FIT / MICE | Travel Industry]

As a Sustainable Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in advising clients on eco-friendly travel options, processing reservations, and contributing to the growth of sustainable tourism.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) events with accuracy and efficiency. * Actively promote sustainable travel options to clients, emphasizing eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators. * Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism. * Develop in-depth knowledge of sustainable travel trends, requirements, and best practices within the industry. * Utilize reservation systems and travel-related software effectively to manage bookings and client information.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, with a focus on handling individual travelers (FITs), groups, and MICE bookings. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service. * In-depth knowledge of travel products and services, including travel destinations, accommodations, and tour operators. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel-related software. * A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
