We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at our vibrant establishment. In this supportive leadership role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the outlet. Your focus will be on optimizing performance, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. * Assist in maximizing the overall performance and success of the outlet. * Identify and provide effective solutions to address recurring issues within the restaurant. * Provide training and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. * Uphold and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the restaurant. * Ensure that all guests receive attentive and exceptional dining service.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Leads by example and promotes a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration within the team. * Possesses prior experience working in a restaurant or a hotel/resort setting. * Is adaptable to managing service in both indoor and outdoor dining areas. * Has experience in understanding and managing monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) performance. * Knowledge of Food & Beverage Point of Sale (POS) systems and beverage mixing skills are a plus. * Is willing and able to work shifts as required.
