Responsibilities and Duties

・Maintain Restaurant cleanliness according to proper sanitation standards . ・Daily housekeeping duties . ・Set up tables according to reservation . ・Attend to guests’ requests in a prompt and professional manner. ・Advise guests on food and beverage menu choices . ・Make recommendations. ・Take orders. ・Prepare drink orders. ・Serve food and beverages to guests in an unobstructing and professional manner. ・Manage online and walk-in reservation. ・Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. ・Respond to complaints promptly . Inform Chef and manager for appropriate service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guest. ・Collect payments from guests. ・ Clean tables after guests have finished dining ・Support monthly inventory stock taking.

Qualifications and Requirements

・Able to read , write and converse English. ・Wine and sake knowledge ・Must be prepared to work on weekends and public holidays. ・Minimum 5 years experience

Working Condition

Working hours

・6 days work week straight shift / 2pm-11pm 1 hour break
