Sales and Marketing Clerk

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Clerk to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving business development, promoting our services, increasing revenue, and supporting sales and marketing efforts in Singapore's Central Region. As a vital member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our growth targets and contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities and Duties

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through diverse channels. Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and industry trends. Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to travel agents across Singapore. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns. Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering strong relationships with travel agents and passengers.

Qualifications and Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within a travel agency or a related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), familiar with the Abacus system, and capable of quickly adapting to proprietary ticketing systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in managing daily operations, driver coordination, and meeting sales targets. Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proven history of achieving sales goals. Knowledgeable about customer relationship management and B2B interactions. Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
