Responsibilities and Duties

* Take responsibility for daily food preparation tasks to meet the established standards for Western cuisine served in the hotel's dining outlets. * Demonstrate the ability to lead the kitchen team and effectively assign duties as needed. * Manage kitchen cleanliness, minimize food wastage, and contribute to cost control efforts. * Participate in the development and implementation of new menu concepts and special festive offerings. * Report directly to the Executive Chef on all kitchen-related matters. * Undertake any other appropriate tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only. * Possess relevant professional culinary qualifications. * A minimum of two to five years of practical experience in a similar role focusing on Western cuisine. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and also function effectively as a collaborative team member. * Adherence to a five-day work week schedule. * Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
