Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and organize various kitchen workstations for efficient operation. * Prepare and produce all necessary mise en place (pre-prepared ingredients). * Manage and expedite food orders during service periods on the kitchen line. * Consistently maintain high standards of food quality and kitchen hygiene at all times. * Adhere to all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to each outlet. * Maintain the cleanliness and proper working order of all kitchen equipment and the general work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to communicate effectively in basic English and/or Chinese. * Ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. * Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team-based environment. * No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. * A strong passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in a culinary environment. * Flexibility to work the required workweek schedule (6 days, 5 days, or 4 days depending on the role). * Willingness to work the specified 44 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
