Responsibilities and Duties

- Deliver exceptional service and attention to all consumers - Inform customers of current promotions and best-seller items - Assist in daily retail operations to ensure smooth store functioning - Build positive relationships with customers and teammates - Attend and support store events - Operate the cash register for regular transactions - Perform shipping and receiving duties - Stock the floor and perform cleaning duties - Build visual displays when necessary

Qualifications and Requirements

- Effective verbal and written communication in English and Tamil - Pleasant personality and professional conduct - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks - Past experience in sports or apparel industry (advantage) - Team-oriented and customer-focused - Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
