Responsibilities and Duties

-Orchestrate Daily Operations: You'll be the conductor of our dining symphony, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment the doors open until the last guest departs. -Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and guide your team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. You'll handle everything from scheduling and training to performance evaluations, helping everyone reach their full potential. -Quality Assurance: Maintain unwavering standards for food quality, service, and hygiene. Your keen eye will ensure every detail meets our high expectations. -Inventory & Procurement: Keep a close watch on inventory, ensuring we're always stocked with the finest ingredients and supplies. You'll manage orders and maintain optimal stock levels. -Compliance & Cleanliness: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, and maintain the immaculate condition of our dining areas. -Sales & Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and drive profitability. Your innovative ideas will help us reach new heights. -Guest Relations: Be the face of our establishment, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every guest feels valued. -Kitchen Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the culinary team to ensure seamless food preparation and delivery. -Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions, creating memorable experiences for our guests. -Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators, providing insightful reports on sales, expenses, and other crucial metrics. -Marketing & Promotion: Conceptualize and implement strategies to attract and retain clientele.

Qualifications and Requirements

-Extensive F&B Experience: You'll need at least five years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry. -Diverse Industry Knowledge: A wide range of experiences across various F&B sectors, such as upscale hotels, fine dining, high-volume restaurants, and large-scale events, is highly valued. -Guest-Centric Approach: A proven ability to elevate guest satisfaction and personalize the dining experience is essential. -Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are a must. You'll need to motivate and guide your team effectively. -Operational Expertise: A solid understanding of F&B operations, including inventory control and cost management, is crucial. -Problem-Solving & Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle challenges with a positive attitude, and make sound decisions is key. -Team Player: You'll need to collaborate effectively with the kitchen and service teams. -Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences are paramount. -Flexibility: The ability to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities is essential. -Education: While formal education in hotel or restaurant management is appreciated, it's not a strict requirement. -Foreign Candidate Note: For those from outside the country, the compensation package includes a housing allowance. -Application Note: Due to the volume of applications, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
