Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the General Manager to guide and manage the kitchen team, ensuring consistent adherence to operational standards. * Manage kitchen spending and compare it against the established budget, identifying areas for optimization. * Accurately record and verify all vendor deliveries and material transactions across our locations. * Compile and present detailed monthly spending reports. * Ensure the kitchen operates in compliance with all established operational standards, health regulations, and company procedures. * Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes, workflows, and methods to enhance efficiency and quality. * Be prepared to work at various locations throughout Singapore, as needed. * Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A professional certification in culinary arts or a diploma in hospitality or food and beverage management is highly desired. * Food Safety Level 1 certification is required, and Food Safety Level 3 certification is preferred. * A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry. * Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders. * Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential, and strong writing skills are a plus.
