Responsibilities and Duties

* Guarantee the seamless execution of daily restaurant activities. * Lead and inspire a compact team of service personnel. * Supervise cashiering duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Welcome and seat customers, ensuring a pleasant and organized start to their dining experience. * Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. * Cultivate a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests. * Enforce adherence to food hygiene, health, and safety regulations. * Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements
