Responsibilities and Duties

*Support the cook by prepping ingredients—washing, peeling, cutting, and organizing produce, poultry, and meat *Reheat and stir soups, sauces, and other items as instructed *Clean all kitchen tools, cookware, utensils, and work surfaces regularly *Properly label, store, and arrange ingredients and supplies in kitchen, refrigerator, and pantry areas *Help with general kitchen upkeep and perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Requirements

*Willing and able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Displays initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude toward learning and teamwork *Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen setting *Good communication and basic people skills
