RESTAURANT - FULL TIME SERVICE CREW

Description

A friendly and adaptable individual is needed to support the smooth operation of our casual dining space. This role focuses on assisting customers with self-ordering, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and contributing to food preparation as needed. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and eager to learn in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Welcome customers and provide assistance with using the self-ordering kiosks. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas. * Assist with basic food preparation tasks and ensure ingredient stations are well-stocked. * Proactively seek customer feedback regarding our signature dish.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Basic proficiency in spoken Chinese and English is preferred, with a particular welcome to those comfortable in a predominantly Chinese-speaking environment. * A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. * A positive and energetic personality, thriving in a collaborative team setting. * Flexibility and the ability to multitask, readily assisting where needed. * Previous restaurant experience is desirable but not essential; we are committed to training enthusiastic individuals. * A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
