We are seeking a passionate and skilled culinary enthusiast to join our kitchen team. This role involves the meticulous preparation of ingredients and the expert execution of various cooking techniques to create delicious and visually appealing meals. You'll be a key player in ensuring our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare ingredients according to established recipes, including tasks like slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing. * Season ingredients appropriately and verify taste to ensure optimal flavor. * Plate meals with attention to detail, ensuring an appealing presentation. * Execute hot meal preparation using various cooking methods such as grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling. * Assemble and refrigerate cold ingredients as required. * Maintain strict adherence to food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. * Record and maintain temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as necessary. * Ensure proper dating, labeling, and rotation of all food items to maintain freshness. * Collaborate with the supervisor to contribute to daily, holiday, and themed menus.
